Coto Technology CotoMOS® C241S High Current MOSFET Relay
Coto Technology CotoMOS® C241S High Current MOSFET Relay features 5A high current with a low ON resistance of 0.02Ω nominal and 20V load conditions. This MOSFET relay is capable of providing 1,500V of input-to-output isolation. The CotoMOS C241S high current MOSFET relay includes an arc-free with no snubbing circuits and a high-reliability solid-state design. This MOSFET relay is RoHS compliant and comes in a SOP (4.4mm x 4.3mm x 2mm) package. The CotoMOS C241S MOSFET relay is ideal for Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), industrial controls, and measurement and instrumentation applications.
