These Toshiba photorelays are available in various packages with an operating temperature range of -20°C to +110°C.

TLP3350 Photorelay

Toshiba TLP3350 Photorelay consists of a a photo MOSFET optically coupled to an infrared light emitting diode. The TLP3350 features low output capacitance (C_off), allowing fast on/off switching of a high-frequency signal. This makes the TLP3350 ideal for switching applications in high-speed testers. The TLP3350 Photorelay is housed in a compact, surface-mount 3.25mm x 3.25mm USOP-4 package, ideal for space-constrained applications.

Low CR Photorelays

Toshiba Low CR Photorelays are available as Solid State Relays (SSR) or MOSFET Output Optocouplers and are typically used as signal relay replacements. Photorelays are semiconductor relays made up of an LED optically coupled to a MOSFET. Low capacitance resistance (CR) photorelays are designed to switch high-frequency signals across output terminals. These Toshiba photorelays are available in through-hole or SMT/SMD mounting styles.
