ADL5506 RF Detectors

Analog Devices Inc. ADL5506 RF Detectors are a complete, cost-effective subsystem for the measurement of RF signals in the 30MHz to 4.5GHz frequency range, with a typical dynamic range of 45dB. The ADL5506 RF Detector is intended for use in a wide variety of wireless terminal devices. The high sensitivity of the ADL5506 allows the measurement of low power levels, reducing the amount of power that needs to be coupled to the detector. The typical quiescent current is 3.8mA at 3.0V. When powered down, the typical disable supply current is <1µA. Analog Devices Inc. ADL5506 RF Detectors are available in a compact, 6-ball, 0.8mm x 1.2mm wafer level chip scale package (WLCSP), ideal for space-constrained designs. The ADL5506W variant is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
