AXGD Xtreme-Guard™ Automotive Suppressors

Littelfuse AXGD Xtreme-Guard™ Electrostatic Discharge Suppressors protect sensitive electronic equipment against extreme ESD conditions. The grade polymer ESD protection devices are designed to suppress fast-rising ESD transients up to 30kV. The process adds virtually no capacitance to the circuit while preserving signal integrity and minimizing data loss. The suppressors are suitable for high voltage rating applications up to 32V_DC and the low capacitance ensures the compatibility of high-speed data line applications. Littelfuse AXGD suppressors are AEC-Q200 qualified and are ideal for automotive applications including infotainment, automotive antennas, and RF antenna systems.
