Microcontrôleurs à signal mixte MagniV S12ZVL

Les microcontrôleurs de signal mixte MagniV S12ZVL Freescale sont une famille de microcontrôleurs de 16 bits de classe automobile utilisant une technologie NVM + UHV de 180 nm qui donne la capacité d'intégrer des composants analogiques de 40 V. Cette famille reprend plusieurs caractéristiques du portefeuille S12 existant. Les caractéristiques de différenciation particulières de cette famille sont le cœur S12Z amélioré et l'intégration de module analogiques « haute tension », comprenant le régulateur de tension (VREG) et une couche physique de réseau local d'interconnexion (LIN). La famille S12ZVL comporte un code correcteur d'erreur (ECC) sur la RAM, FLASH et EEPROM pour le diagnostic ou le stockage des données, un convertisseur analogique-numérique (CAN) rapide et une boucle à verrouillage de phase modulée en fréquence (IPLL) qui améliore les performances CEM. La gamme S12ZVL offre une solution optimisée avec l'intégration de plusieurs composants clés du système dans un seul appareil, optimisant l'architecture du système et parvenant à une réduction significative de l'espace occupé.
