Émetteurs-récepteurs Control Area Network +5 V MAX3301xE

Les émetteurs-récepteurs Control Area Network (CAN) +5 V MAX3301xE d'Analog Devices Inc. sont fournis avec une protection intégrée pour les applications industrielles. Ils disposent d'une protection étendue contre les défaillances de ±65 V sur le bus CAN pour les équipements où une protection contre les surtensions est nécessaire. Ils intègrent également une protection HBM ESD élevée de ±45 kV et une plage d’entrée en mode commun (CMR) de ±25 V, dépassant la spécification ISO11898 de -2 V à +7 V. Le MAX3301xE est bien adapté aux applications où les plans de mise à la terre des différents systèmes sont décalés les uns par rapport aux autres.
