Sulfur Tolerant Chip Resistors

ROHM Semiconductors Sulfur Tolerant Chip Resistors have a special construction that prevents sulfur gas penetration, significantly increasing reliability. Depending on the model, these resistors range from 1005mm to 2012mm in size and have a 50V to 150V rating. These ROHM Semiconductors Sulfur Tolerant Chip Resistors have an operating temperature range of -55°C to 155°C and are ISO9001/ISO/TS16949 certified.
