Barrière de Schottky TMBS® Trench MOS

Les barrières de Schottky MOS à tranchée TMBS® Vishay Semiconductors sont des redresseurs brevetés à barrière de Schottky MOS à tranchée (TMBS®) disponibles avec sept tensions nominales de 45 à 200 V et plusieurs choix de boîtiers pour répondre à une large palette d'exigences système. Les TMBS présentent plusieurs avantages par rapport aux redresseurs Schottky planaires. Si la tension d'exploitation atteint 45 V et plus, les redresseurs Schottky planaires ont tendance à perdre leur avantage de vitesses de commutation rapides et de faible chute de tension directe à un degré significatif. La structure TMBS brevetée résout ce problème en réduisant les injections de porteurs minoritaires dans la zone de dérive, réduisant ainsi les charges stockées et améliorant les vitesses de commutation.
