Superviseur de tension de précision TPS3899/TPS3899-Q1

Le superviseur de tension de précision TPS3899/TPS3899-Q1 de Texas Instruments est un superviseur de tension de précision à nano puissance avec une précision de seuil de ±0,5 %, une détection programmable et un délai de réinitialisation dans un boîtier WSON de 1,5 mm x 1,5 mm à 6 broches et encombrement réduit. Le TPS3899 est un superviseur de tension riche en fonctionnalités qui offre la plus petite taille de solution totale de sa catégorie. L'hystérésis intégrée, associée à un délai programmable, empêche les faux signaux de réinitialisation lors de la surveillance des signaux d'un rail de tension ou d'un bouton-poussoir.
