Pilotes d'éclairage LED infrarouge MPQ7231

Les pilotes d'éclairage LED infrarouge MPQ7231 de Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) intègrent des pilotes LED à fréquence fixe, courant constant et infrarouge (IR) avec caractéristiques de sécurité oculaire intégrées. Ces pilotes LED propose une plage de tension d'entrée de fonctionnement de 6 V à 42 V et sont idéaux pour piloter une ou deux LED IR. Les pilotes LED MPQ7231 sont configurés en mode Buck ou Buck-Boost et atteignent jusqu'à 3 ou 2,4 A de courant de crête (ILED_PEAK) respectivement. Ces pilotes utilisent la technologie avancée à FET BCD pour limiter les pertes ohmiques et comportent des MOSFET à très basse résistance à l'enclenchement avec 44 mΩ (FET de côté haut HS-FET) et 40 mΩ (FET de côté bas LS-FET). Parmi les applications typiques, on retrouve les pilotes systèmes de surveillance (DMS), les éclairages IR pour les caméras automobiles et les systèmes de surveillance.
