Renesas Advanced (RA) Family 32-bit microcontrollers are based on the Arm^® Cortex^®-M core architecture, and feature a wide range of integrated system peripheral IPs, making them ideal for next generation embedded solutions. Each group of RA Series microcontrollers offers unique features, such as Capacitive TouchSensing Unit (CTSU), Security Crypt Engine (SCE) supporting Sync/Async crypto acceleration, 24-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC), and segment or TFT LCD controllers. The Renesas RA microcontrollers make it easy to develop IoT edge devices with embedded artificial intelligence (e-AI), using flexible software development tools from Renesas and the Arm partner ecosystem.
