SMC SM30TY 3000W Transil

STMicroelectronics SM30TY 3000W Transil^™ series are designed to protect automotive sensitive circuits against surges defined in ISO 7637-2 and against electrostatic discharges according to ISO 10605. The Planar technology makes it compatible with high-end circuits where low leakage current and high junction temperature are required to provide reliability and stability over time. STMicroelectronics SM30TY are packaged in SMC (SMC footprint per IPC 7531 standard).

600W TVS Diodes

STMicroelectronics 600W TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) Diodes are designed to protect sensitive equipment against Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and Electrical Over-Stress (EOS). These devices feature a fast response time and a peak pulse power of 600W (10/1000μs). Featuring Planar Technology, these TVS devices are ideal for high-end equipment and Switched Mode Power Supply (SMPS) applications where low leakage current and high junction temperature are required to provide long-term reliability and stability. Their low clamping voltages provides a high safety margin to protect sensitive circuits with extended life time expectancy. STMicroelectronics 600W TVS Diodes also feature a maximum junction Temperature (T_J) rating of +175°C, ensuring protection in high temperatures and harsh environments. Parts that contain AY in the part number are AEC-Q101 Automotive Qualified.
