MPP microPEM Self-Clinching Pins

PEM MPP™ microPEM® Self-Clinching Pins are ideal for micro positioning and alignment applications in today's compact electronic assemblies. These micro pins clinch permanently into place by simply pressing them into a properly sized mounting hole. They can be installed into a variety of sheet materials up to HRB 92/HB 195 in hardness. The head mounts flush into panels as thin as 0.5mm, while the chamfered end makes mating hole alignment easy. They also can be installed automatically to streamline production and eliminate issues associated with the handling of small parts. PEM MPP microPEM Self-Clinching Pins resist corrosion and are RoHS compliant. Typical applications include wearables, laptops, smartphones, gaming and handheld devices, infotainment, automotive electronics, and more.
