LITEON Infrared (IR) LEDs are a comprehensive portfolio of discrete infrared components designed for a wide range of applications, including remote controls, IR wireless data transmission, and security systems. To meet the growing demand for high-performance infrared solutions, LITEON IR LEDs deliver high power output, fast response times, and wide viewing angles. The product line includes GaAs 940nm IREDs, AIGaAs high-speed 850nm IREDs, PIN photodiodes, and phototransistors. For enhanced performance, the photodiodes and phototransistors are available with optical filters that minimize interference from ambient digital light. This feature significantly improves the signal-to-noise ratio, ensuring more accurate and reliable sensor functionality.

LTE-R3838 Infrared Emitters

LITEON LTE-R3838 Infrared Emitters are compact, high-efficiency IR components designed for a wide range of signal transmission applications. Operating typically at a wavelength of 940nm, these emitters are optimized for compatibility with standard infrared receivers. A small footprint and high radiant intensity make these emitters ideal for use in remote control systems, IR data communication, security/surveillance equipment, and industrial automation. The LITEON LTE-R3838 series supports fast switching speeds and narrow viewing angles, enhancing precision in object detection, gesture recognition, and touchless interface systems.
