AMSLA Stacked-Core Molded Inductors

Abracon AMSLA Stacked-Core Molded Inductors offer an ideal solution for high-power applications such as industrial, consumer electronics, and the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). These stacked inductors feature increased power density equipped to support higher-rated currents with lower DC resistance (DCR). The AMSLA modules consist of two inductor cores in parallel and utilize a small air gap between the stacked cores and conductor to provide better saturation performance. Package sizes range from 7mm x 7mm to 13mm x 13mm to occupy less surface area on the board. Key use cases for Abracon AMSLA Stacked-Core Molded Inductors include medical devices, electric vehicles, power adapters, servers, base stations, motor controllers, assembly line robotics, lighting, solar inverters, and desktops.

Inductors

Abracon Inductors feature RF and power variants with a broad range of options, including shielded and unshielded, toroidal and wirewound, and core material such as air coil, ferrite, ceramic, alumina, and more. AEC-Q200-qualified inductors are also available. The RF inductors provide superior performance in Q value, DC resistance (DCR), and current rating, while the power inductors offer excellent power density and efficiency. Abracon Inductors are ideal for transportation, aerospace and defense, communications, medical, and other applications.

Power Inductors

Abracon Power Inductors include leaded and SMD versions in a diverse variety of form factors such as toroidal and molded. These power inductors offer superior power density and efficiency. The metal alloy or carbonyl powder molding enables reduced core losses and lower DC resistance (DCR). Abracon Power Inductors are designed to meet the high efficiency requirements in commercial, transportation, medical, and industrial applications.

Industrial Automation

Abracon provides components that play a critical role in industrial automation applications. Industrial automation control systems consist of sensors, a programmable logic controller (PLC), power inductors, and actuators, such as robotic arms and motors. Abracon ABM8, ABM10, and ABM11 crystal oscillators feature a seam-sealed ceramic package to assure high precision and reliability. ASADV, ASDDV, and ASEDV continuous-volt crystal oscillators (SPXO) are designed for simplicity and optimized for low RMS jitter and low power consumption at any voltage between 1.60V and 3.60V. Those features make the oscillators ideal for high-reliability system designs. The power inductors from Abracon support higher-rated currents with lower DC resistance (DCR).
